Full Compensation For Horse Riding Accident
Our client had attended horse riding lessons for six month prior to the horse riding accident. The horse she usually rode had been sold so she was advised to use a horse that had recently been bought.
Our client lost control when the horse took off in a gallop before swerving violently, throwing her to the ground. She suffered a fractured right ankle, right tibia, left tibia and left fibia.
Liability was initially denied, however by agreement, the claim was settled, by Shaw and Co Solicitors UK, in respect of compensation for the horse riding compensation claim, for substantial damages.
